Even the run out of the swim was up!!

....AND THEN THE OFF ROAD HILLY HALF.. NASTY!
IT WAS UNSEASONABLY COLD!!
CHILLY 5 (41 Fahrenheit) at the 6am start
and stayed cold for most of the bike ... brrrr
